JumpStart Sussex
Real Estate Development Training for Community Leaders
JumpStart Sussex is Elevated CDC's flagship training program — equipping Delaware residents with the knowledge, skills, and networks to participate in and lead real estate development projects in their own communities.
About the Program
From Participant to Developer
JumpStart Sussex bridges the gap between community members who want to build and the technical knowledge required to do so. Participants learn real estate finance, site selection, entitlements, construction management, and community engagement — then apply those skills to real projects.
