Reentry Support
Second Chances. Real Results.
Elevated CDC provides returning citizens with the housing, employment support, and wraparound services they need to successfully reintegrate into their communities and build stable, productive lives.
What We Do
Comprehensive Reentry Services
Successful reentry requires more than good intentions — it requires stable housing, meaningful employment, and a support network. Our reentry program addresses all three, working with individuals from pre-release through long-term stabilization.
Our Services

Transitional Housing
Safe, stable transitional housing for returning citizens who need a bridge between incarceration and permanent housing.
Employment Placement
Connecting returning citizens with fair-chance employers who value second chances and provide pathways to career advancement.
Case Management
Individualized support from dedicated case managers who help navigate benefits, legal obligations, family reunification, and community reintegration.
Peer Mentorship
Connecting participants with mentors who have successfully navigated reentry — providing lived-experience guidance and accountability.
We Work With
A Network of Justice Partners
Our reentry program operates in close partnership with the Delaware Department of Correction, courts, public defenders, parole and probation officers, and community organizations committed to reducing recidivism.
